Yesterday Tim posted the most amazing shot of backlit tulips. I was inspired to try something similar. Take a look at Tim's photograph - it's absolutely stunning! Thanks for the inspiration, my friend!

How beautiful, Tara! Its definitely tulip time and I have a few of my own to post. :-) I love the sweeping veining in the petals that this light makes distinct. You really outdid yourself on this one!

Beautiful color. Very nice lighting, I guess you dragged the a couple hundred feet of extension cord and some emergency lights, to back light this tulip.... lol... :) Or maybe you just cut it and took it inside. Todd

i agree your inspired shot has to amongst your best to date . both you and tim have now inspired me to try out this technique to see what i can come up with :o)..superb work my dear friend and if sue doesnt come over for that scotch ill come for a cup of tea instead :o) mick
