Description

My apologies for being 'away' for a while and anyone whose post I haven't yet got round to checking. I was involved with some friends here in making our new web site even more interesting!

This post is a little different to my recent ones. (Not a semi naked amazon warrior in sight!)
I've been working in Bryce and Photoshop to see how 2D and 3D combined with my own photos of places on the Island on which I have the good fortune to live can achieve 'reality' and give the Castle stories the illustrations I wanted.
This story is from one of many in the Castle Chronicles and I hope you enjoy the picture and visit the site....

"Unbeknown to Eve, she was in an ancient and powerful place. This was the fabled Queen's Valley, a magic Portal to the Outlands from Waterworld.

Eve sat down and waited for Seth, who unknown to her, had fallen prey to the Witch Nahash's dark spell, and was even now being taken in a crystal sphere to The Dark Tower, by the Divers of the Deep.

Eve looked about and took in her new surroundings. A padlocked gate stood at a bridge on a dam, and Eve wondered what this place had once been.

A tower stood on the hill above the reservoir and Eve spied a movement at a window......."

(Excerpt from the Chronicles of Count Tryannus, Lord of Castle Tyrannus.)

Super POV and lighting, Dave. Render details the storyline perfectly. Like the modeling work, as well.
