I just quit smoking the other day. This is kind of how I feel. I honestly can feel the withdrawal in a physical sence. Can't explain it.

Good luck!You will be so much healthier..I quit 30 years ago..i had to get pneumonia to quit..It is hard but so worth it..My daughter quit and my son is trying and my other daughter never started...and i understand that feeling all to well as Tobbacco isnt the only thing i have had to kick..But it was the hardest,cuz you dont see the damage you are doing..but after quiting i see how dirty and smelly a habit it was also...What a smart thing to do..and i will add another good luck...and super image.says a million words..
