Thank you for the enthusiasm for this image, the model is Apollo but I do work a lot with the morph for make a face that can seems more realistic respect the all perfect plastic look models.
A face with wrinkles, signs, and all the stuff that in real life we pay a fortune in creams and plastic surgeons for remove! LOL
Anyway, the rest was a lot of tests for find the right lights, now that U make me think I want kick myself for don't have save the light in my favorites!!! Am I a huge idot? YES!
I call this character MORFEO. I like him too, but he say to me he don't date plastic wigged cats like me... Nevermind, I have other project for the weekend, like take a nap, or wash my wigs... I don't know yet.

there's a new orleans artist that made a lot of money doing a huge pastel of a black child with a tear running down his face. she did it again and again. she would do portraits too. this must be that child grown up. terrific picture. i love it.

I have been going to the galleries of the people that Dave (magnus073) has done images for. It has been a wonderful way to not only enjoy his great art, but also see many other great artists. It served me well today. This is stunning. You have created such beautiful textures and detail. Wonderful lighting! I love the detail of the veins on his hand, and the wrinkles on his knuckles and palms. Excellent drops of water on his skin and tear track on his face. Very superior image!
