My baby...luv my Jeep 4x4. Do I take it rock-crawling and off-roading? Hell no... No way, no how...... ÂÂ
I have been working with 3D digital programs for about 6 years time. My first experiences with the world of 3D digital art were Terragen and a terrain generator program called World Machine. After learning Terragen, I moved on to Bryce where my major interest in creating landscapes, SciFi and interior space renderings now lies.
Other programs which I experiment with and use are Vue7, Apophysis and Incendia. Postwork tools I usually use for enhancing the original renders are PSP Pro X, PhotoScape 3.3, Paint.Net, MGI PhotoSuite and FastStone Image Maker. Occassionally I also enjoy taking photos with my Nikon S52 Digital camera. Here at Renderosity you will find works of mine using all of these mediums.
As an artisan, I have always had a deep love and respect for architecture, especially modern and future design development. You will see that reflected in some of the 3D renderings here in my gallery.
Originally, I'm a Northeastern United States native (anthracite coal region)....half Welsh, half Bavarian in ancestry.... and live some 1,400 feet (about 475 metres) above sea level in the Appalachian mountain chain along with my Shih-Tzu, Max and my cat, London. However, I prefer the lure of the beach and ocean and especially love the Chesapeake Bay region of the East Coast. ÂÂ
Take a few minutes to look thru my gallery and leave a comment or two if you like. Everyone here at Renderosity is unique in their work and individual abilities.  Personally speaking, I have been blessed with the friends I have made from around the world and for being a part of this community for the past 5 years. Your landscape is coming alive ??... hehe don't know how to say it.. Keith you done a great job with your lighthouse and who says it shouldn'nt look like that??.. (give them eyes ¬¿¬ ) ... could be interesting to see your "dunes" also

This is excellent, Keith ! One of the first times you 've inserted signs of human or superhuman presence in your works, I like this very much! I know what you're alluding to when you mention this 'crash' of Bryce, I've lost quite a lot of hours of precious rendering because of that too !

Looking very nice. Great work on this.

Oh man, I know how frustrating that is!!! I crash my Vue 6 xStream when I run other memory dependent stuff in the back ground as well! but yesterday I went into my AGP settings in my BIOS on bootup, and discovered I was not dedicating enough bus speed from my new graphics card. It was set to only 2 and i increased it to 8 [Max setting] and so far I have not crashed my system yet crosses figers lol! hey this looks very cool! love the composition, and the fences are a cool touch! also your lighthouse is rather nice here! have a great day Keith!

Lighthouses seem to be this week's 'thing' Keith. This one has lots of things going for it. I like the addition of those three 'ringed' areas as well.the detail and and the modelling must have taken ages too. All it lacks really is some semi naked amazon warriors (not). Anyway, the lighthouse buffs will love this!

The first things I noticed about this were the details added and the light. Everything is so crisp and clean, very well done, especially in the light. I like the added landscape details as well, the fenced areas and such. Great work on all counts.

Great compositionand modelling efforts.

Wow Keith, this is definately taking shape. Your lighthouse looks excellent after it's recent face-lift and your modelling skills take another step forward. I love the addition of the fenced off areas, it makes a massive difference to the image. The whole area now looks more cared for and lived-in. Fabulous work. Another fav for sure. Tony :-)

I have to say that this lighthouse project of yours is really impressive. The improvements you made are great. I really like the fenced off areas and the texture in the surrounding rocks, but I think what makes this piece is the sky. Stormy yet calm...Oh the calm before the storm :) I am really enjoying your gallery and watching you grow. I have played in Bryce but it was way too hard for me. Great job Keith!!

Wow you have come a long way with this project and really enjoy the scenery incuded. Loving the details and comp. Excellent workkk I never run anything else when rendering as my PC will crash nearly every time. I got another PC to give me something to do while the Main one renders...
