Description

Something I wrote a while back and always thought of doing a render to go with it. Finally got around to doing that. :) If you can't read it, here: The Journey I would follow your shadow wherever it leads To look into your beauty once more I would follow the river on down to the sea And the path that leads to your door So heal all my wounds with your gentle touch all the pain buried deep in my heart Take hold of my hand and lead me down to the land where my fears play no part Now warrior I know where you have been For I've walked the same roads as you I've heard the echoes you left behind Felt the madness and suffering too But I held strong the memory of your gentle touch And the vision of your bittersweet smile They kept me going down this treacherous road And carried me for the last mile So please let me in, let me stay for the night Drop my burden for the rest of the day If you still have the love you once gave to me I know you won't turn me away I'm no longer the child who cried in the dark Or the girl who trembled with fright I'm a woman full grown with dreams unfulfilled But no longer afraid of the night ************ Thanks for taking the time Aery Soul's Justice, Danica, Selene Hair and background is from On The Edge 2 by didi_mc
