Description
This dedication is for my dear friend Lou who has a place in the hearts of so many in the community through her kindness. Lou is a wonderful poser artist who creates some of the most angelic and beautiful scenes you could ever hope to behold. She has been with me since my first postings and remained a loyal friend and a inspiration to me. When I asked Lou if I could do a dedication for her the response I got was she asked me if I was up for a real challenge. She then told me of the story when she was shopping with her Mom and saw a magical fae wand in a store. Lou told her Mom that is what she wanted for her fourth birthday. So here is my vision of that day for my friend Lou. ( Hope you like it )
Lou's Magical Fae Wand: At last the day she had waited for so long had arrived, it was Lou's birthday and she could see what was in the presents that had been sitting on the table for days now. Her Mother had everything prepared for this day, including a huge birthday cake, adorable fae castle, a magical fae outfit with wings for Lou to wear and most important of all Lou's friends and cousins. Lou instantly goes for the long box, and upon opening it her heart fills with joy seeing she at long last could hold that magical fae wand she had longed for. This was truly a magical moment for Lou as she raised the wand and uttered some magical words !!!
Well if you must know nothing happened and Lou threw a tantrum and her party came to a end. :) ( OOps looks like Mom should've gotten one that worked. lol ) Hope it gave my friends a smile,

I so had to smile when i saw this one :) reminds me of the day i went as a fae for carnival as child and my dad gave me that little sparkly wand and i really thought i might be able to do some magic with it :) So sweet :)

Very funny story and excellent image! Wonderful expressions and poses. Lou's expression beautifully portrays that joyous moment when a wish has been granted and one is filled with excitement for the treat to come. Unfortunately reality didn't quite live up to her imagination. Her mom should have gone to Ollivander's Wand Shop. Great expressions and poses all around. L think the little girl on Lou's right is imagining herself waving the wand and performing magical deeds. Lovely shading, shadows and details! Beautiful hair and skin tones. Terrific image!

Lou aveva un sogno comune a molte bimbe ( ricordo la bacchetta della fata Barbie,fortemente voluta da Giulia , mia figlia ). Poi naturalmente capiscono che le magie esistono solo nei sogni o nei films e tornano sulla terra . A very beautiful image, in its representation of a dream girl! Lou had a dream shared by many girls (I remember the wand of fairy Barbie, strongly supported by Julia, my daughter). Then of course understand the magic that exists only in dreams or in the movies and come back to earth.
