Description
A new picture done in Vue and Photoshop. I am almost pleased with this one for a change and think it is one of my best postings here - probably because it was one of the first Vue pictures I did where I managed to make the program deliver 'my style' rather than just deliver 'Vue', if you get my drift?

Great orc render. And funny that is your own favorite. I didn't see that comming :) A master piece render. Like all the other renders in your gallery. You have the number ONE gallery on Renderosity imo. I like the allover sundown atmosphere on this one. It gives a fantastic depth to the picture. Different size birds enhance that impression too. The misty mountain and the forest in the background is depth and atmosphere enhancers too. Brilliant work.

He ain't THAT tough . . .! Not after I hit him with some well placed rounds from my M14 . . . and I have body armor, while he does not. Excellent light and shadow. The mist along the water adds to the sense of atmosphere.

Perhaps he has Broadway tickets and needs someone to go with him. He would probably get good seats. Beautiful shading and light on the ogre. I like the mixture of strong contrast on some areas like his face and chest, and more subtle shading on his arms. Excellent lighting on the knoll and boat. Great composition and atmosphere. I love the movement of the birds and the way the ogre's motion seems arrested by something seen or heard.

I like your friendly creature and hope those birds are not chasing him! I would be interested to see more of the 'city' on the mountain in the background!
