Wonderful composition, and quite thought provoking! So many meanings of the word "script." So much to see in this - it's deceptively simple on the surface. I like the quotes you've chosen. We really do choose, we really do create our own reality. Something about this made me think of a line from one of my favorite Modest Mouse tunes: "Language is the liquid that we're all disolved in, great for solving problems after it creates the problem."
