Description
I got the idea for this shot while playing chess with rayne a couple weekends ago. The wine glasses just happened to be on the table.
So today I played around with taking some b&w shots. About the only thing I'm unhappy with is the focus. It seems a little off to me.

I love the patterns that the glasses are making. I like the focus too, sharp in the right places, but I usually like a little softness in my pics so I guess it's just a personal preference. Great image!

I think maybe you are focussed on the stem which knocks the front of the glass out of focus. Deeper DOF might help there if it bothers you. But i think it looks great, nice concept and definitely a shot for B&W... watch for "jaggies" on web resize/sharpening tho (check the stem)
