Aiko 4 morphs with a little bit of V4 Eliza thrown in. Aiko 4 body with V4 clothes converted with WW2. Shader on background from Bagginsbill.

Very nice. I like the reflection in the floor, subtle but effective. Her skin tone looks a little "flat" to my mind, but the pose is great, and I like how you've gotten the skirt to drape.
