Description

Various trees of life appear in folklore, culture and fiction, often relating to immortality or fertility. These often hold cultural and religious significance to the peoples for whom they appear. In Ancient Armenia around 13th to 6th century B.C, the Tree of Life was a religious symbol. It was drawn on the exterior walls of fortresses and carved on the armor of warriors. The tree has one stem, and on the stem are branches. The branches are equally divided on the right and left sides. Each branch has one leaf, and on the very top of the tree there is also a leaf. Two servants stand on each side of the tree with one of their hands up as if they are taking care of it. Some of the servants have wings and some dont. This tree could be found on numerous artifacts of Urartu(Biainili). Above said all I wanted to say about this image. Please plant trees and save them. Hope you all had a lovely weekend. Hugs to each and everyone stopping by...
