Indischer Löwe (Panthera leo persica)
Die Löwinnen "Indi" und "Lavinia" sind derzeit in der Felsenhalle des Alfred Brehm Hauses im Tierpark Berlin. Früher über Kleinasien, Mesopotanien, Persien und Vorderindin verbreitet. Heute bis auf 200 Exemplare im indischen Gire-Forest ausgerottet. Restbestand stark bedroht.
Indian Lion
At present, the lionesses "Indi" and "Lavinia" are in the rock hall of this one "Alfred Brehm house" in the "Tierpark Berlin". Once to spread about Asia Minor, Mesopotamia, Persian and Indian Peninsula. Wiped out today except for 200 copies in the Indian Gire-Forest. Remaining stock strongly threatened.
