Description

"Follow effective action with quiet reflection. From the quiet reflection will come even more effective action." ~ Peter F Drucker

My son Connor at the conclusion of his most recent Taekwondo belt test (he is now blue belt, one stripe). He had just finished the sparring portion of the test and was worn out. The students were lined up and meditation before the belt and certificate award ceremony. The light coming in the window highlighted his face and made for a photogenic moment. I converted the image to a toned monochrome and enhanced the selective focus to give the scene more impact. -----

This shot is perfect. I like how the light brigs out your son's quiet attitude. A very nice picture ! Virginie

Nice shot. My children hate having their pictures taken. I have to get sneaky.

High five Conner!! I took some Judo when I was his age and I know how grueling testing for a belt can be. I can see the intensity and relief on his face. Beautifully captured moment, suitable for framing...in his room...from dad! Well done! Aloha~
