Description

Late on Summer nights, with only the crickets awake, we'd go out to the dream trees. Fireflies lit the way, as we walked with our heads aimed up, looking at the millions of stars. Moving our legs really fast to warm up under the covers, we'd lay back wondering what was out in that stream of stars and if anyone was looking back at us. Eventually, we'd fall asleep before arriving at any answers. Between then and the small orchestra of birds that woke us up just as the morning sky was turning blue, we knew we had been places. We'd usually make it back before anyone else was up and then bore our parents at breakfast with our adventures. *** The girl's rabbit is a model I made of my faithful early childhood companion. Made the bed (the quilt is a photo of one made by my great-grandmother). Bugs are primitives. Made the treetrunks and gave the Bryce trees an altitude mat to get rid of the roots.

Wonderful whimsical image and brings back the innocence of childhood! I love how you were able to use the image of your grandmothers quilt. I wish I had you talent and knowledge on how to do some of the things you do.

wonderful image, I get a surreal feeling from it, floating off to sleep in a bed in the woods, surrounded by fireflies, excellent concept and render, fantastic modeling as always, wonderful!

Ahhhh so wonderful. I used to live near a place with a circle of trees like this and it was magikal to stand within. Wonderful everything as usual! I Love your art!!! Thanks for sharing =-)
