There are a lot of great photoshop tutorials that show you how to do rain effects. even some Poser Props over at RDNA if you are looking for some. look through travelers stuff.

Thank you very much for your impressions to "Rainy Day". There was comment which doesn't see a raindrop during it, so a raindrop was covered, baked and done using PaintShopPro. How is it?
