Description

This shot was at the movie in the coffee shop. I posting this here on Friday knowing a lot of people going out on the town or just to meet with friends. I be here with no one. I look at these people wonder how do you get to know them? Do you wish to know them? What they talking about? how do they think? Questions that will not be answer. And if they was who cares. Yes you in a crowed place and no one really to talk too. Not much happening in your little world. No one cares. I just take photos and no one notes it. And if they do they in your face wanting to know why you takeing photos. Who cares what they think[ wish I can say that] that happen two times. thanks for looking and comments

Looks like a fun time was had by all! But it can be quite fun here on this site and the company can be good too. I made a lot of friends in the last few weeks and it sure beats going out on a rainy night. "I look at these people wonder how do you get to know them?" Just mention Renderosity! They are probably members!

Its like that with me. I'm not good at idle chitchat and I do not know how to start conversations. I write but I don't speak and I am always alone in a crowd. You are not timid though and at least that gives you opportunities to entertain yourself. I do not do that very often but when I do, I always feel like such a big girl. LOL Great shot.

You don't have to tell them anything. There is such a thing as Photographers Rights. If you would like them, I will send you a copy. Just say, "It's a hobby" What would we do without your pictures of life? I don't get out, either. Great shot, Jocko. It looks like that girl in the back is going, "Blah, blah, blah.." lol.

While you are behind a camera you can't also be the one laughing and talking in this animated way. There's a chance that if someone is in your face about taking a picture, they hadn't expected it. One day at a big art show someone started asking me personal questions and running a video camera and I never knew why they were doing this or what the video might have been used for. This happened 15 years ago, and sometimes I still think about how confusing that felt and wonder about it. I love the warmth and animation you captured. And the festive atmosphere, with the bits of the artwork included in such a nice way.

Interesting capture of the hoi polloi, Jock. I didn't know there were coffee shops in movie theaters. When I go to the movies, I don't want to speak to anyone except the cashier and the ticket taker, and then go inside and watch the movie.

there's a few places around here that show movies, usually old "art" movies, or new "art" movies, maybe avante-garde would be a better word. They have coffee stuff out usually, though they aren't coffee shops. This is a really neat capture, people just being themselves, not posing. And I know what you mean about being in a crowd like this, and still being alone.

You've captured a warm & inviting atmosphere Jock. Your comments are quite a contrast to what I see. Don't forget to lower the camera from time to time and let them know with a smile that you are enjoing what you are doing, who knows, maybe they will become more inviting! ;)

Wow, you really know how to make us think. Walking into a room full of people you don't know, wondering what to and who to say it to. Not easy, but you caputured the essence of it here!!

Nice shot jocko, I've just become a loner again and it can be lonely in a crowed. I don't take shots of people because the can be touchy about it, animals are much more cooperative, LOL. Getting a little braver about asking permision to take someones picture and so far that's worked out ok.
