I don't know why but soon I made this spiral this was the only name that came to my head.

For some reason it reminds me of a storm, so "Torment" is a perfect title. Great colors and design. Nicely done!!

I think miincdesign is right--it does look kind of stormy, or in the throes of something, as if it's troubled, so the name does fit the image. It's the coloring that does it--kind of rough and ever-changing, instead of smooth and simple. Interesting spiral, and well done!
