Hiya. Lets see. My name is Missy (not Betty). I live in Washington State with my hubby of 26 years and 3 children. My hubby is a lawyer and I'm a stay-at-home mom. I've been into graphics since 1995 and discovered 3-D sometime around the late 90's using a program called Simply 3-D (I think). I rendered the most awesome spheres lol! I was hooked. After following many webrings I discovered a Poser webring and then saw some images that for the time were really neat. I talked my hubby into buying me Poser and that was that. I'm now using Poser 8, Bryce 6, and considering buying Cinema 4D when I can afford it. I love making whimsical images. I love to think someone is smiling or laughing when they view my images. I'll throw in a serious one here and there but whimsical ones are my favorite. I recently took a 3 year break from 3-D, and when I came back I realized how much I missed it in my life. I feel fulfilled again. My only advice to anyone is that if you feel the urge to create--don't stop because you think your work isn't fantastic. I compare myself all the time to the fantastic artists around here and I have to tell myself to stop it daily. Just do your own art and if it makes you happy, remember that is ALL that matters. Thanks for viewing my info! Hugs, Missy

I hate when my water does that!

Not to belive that this is a fractal; the water looks so real!! When I tried fractal images a longer time ago, the results most have been boring only. So I have given up.

ohhh beautiful!
OOh Betty
Sivana, it's mostly a fractal but I did add a water ripple and the water drop. I hope that's not misleading when posting fractals. I love the postwork part.

The "ripped" effect is very nicely done. I don't know squat about fractals, so I'm of no help in enhancing your knowledge, however I think what you've come up with here is fascinating to look at.
