Description

Another UF version of one of Lars Gunnar Nordstrom's great pieces. I don't have a date for this painting, but I think it's from the early to mid 1950s. I love these geometrics - wish I could create something this good from scratch! "wish I could create something this good from scratch!" Paul, you can, and you have! Perhaps not in this precise geometric mode, but I have seen you work in raw geometric spaces and limited colors. Rating artists by how much they move me, the degree to which they speak to my soul, you rank very high in my estimation. While I understand and empathize with your feeling of envy, the only real difference is neither in your creativity nor expressiveness, but that you have your own unique voice.
