blaue Augen schwarzer Panther beim Fototermin (serie bild # 2) am 2. März 2008 tobte ein Orkan über Berlin und es war im Alfred-Brehm-Haus trotz Tropenhalle mit Glasdach sehr dunkel. Aufnahmen ohne Blitzlicht waren aufgrund der schlechten Lichtverhältnisse nicht möglich. Ich kann also nicht sagen, ob die schwarzen Panther wirklich blaue Augen haben oder ob es am Blitzlicht liegt. Die meiste Zeit sind sie noch in der Mutterbox und für Besucher kaum zu sehen. Wenn sie jedoch im Innengehege sind, ist die Entfernung zu groß und man kann ihnen nicht in die Augen sehen. Es wird bestimmt noch einige Wochen dauern bis sie im Außengehege zu sehen sind. blue eyes of black panthers (series pic # 2) at the photo appointment a hurricane raged over Berlin on March 2nd, 2008 and it was very dark in the Alfred-Brehm house despite tropics hall with glass roof. Photos without flashlight weren't possible due to the bad lighting conditions. So I cannot say whether the black panthers have really blue eyes or whether it was the flashlight. They still can be hardly seen in the nut box and for visitors most time. If they are however in the inside cage-enclosure, the distance is too large and one cannot look them into the eyes. It is still determined for some weeks to see to her in the outer enclosure lasting are.

antwort für uk601 ... ein regelrechtes Blitzlichtgewitter - wie auf dem roten Teppich - na ja so schlimm was auch wieder nicht - man durfte die Kleinen sogar mal streicheln - was sich aber im Rahmen hielt, weil sie doch fauchten und Zähnchen zeigten, aber vor allen Dingen die Krallen. Die beiden Panthermädchen wissen sich ihrer Haut zu wehren ;-) ich hab noch ein, zwei, drei Bilder ...

Oh! thank you, thank you, thank you, for showing this..Panthers are my most favourite big cats in all the world, this little bundle of fur is just the cutest thing I have ever seen..I never knew they started off their lives with spots in their fur...love this...
