My name is Tara, and I was born and raised in Washington State.
In 2010 I married Bill (bmac62) and retired ... two of the best choices I ever made! :)
In March, 2013, we sold our home in Washington and went on the road in our RV full time. What a blast! There is so much world out there to see!
After traveling around the West for a few years, we got rid of the motorhome and are now spending winters in deep-south Texas and summers in Washington State. Spring and fall finds us visiting whichever place strikes our fancy at the time!
If I’m missing from Renderosity from time to time, I’m busy having fun elsewhere.
Thanks for your interest in my work, and for stopping by to learn more about me!

I think the Phantom of the Opera I would like to hear. I like the title. And the photograph is lovey with the reflection.

Great POV, and contrast of black and white, Tara! Let's see, a title....how about these suggestions: I'm just tickling the keys. I've got 88 keys, but I can always use one more. I'm tired of you telling me to play it again, Sam. This sure looks like a Yamaha to me. Leave me alone, Rick, and spend more time with Ilsa. They all laughed when I sat down to play the piano. I'm a doctor, not a pianist, Rick.

classic shot.... well done.

ah, one of the most famous lines never used in Casablanca...;) (the actual line was 'play it, Sam'...however, I guess with the Woody Allen version, it does count...;) wood, bone and harmony...;)

Rach 3 please - if you can ;P Nice compositional lines, might have looked nicer as a plain black and white - it would highlight the subject better i think :) (oh and he never actually said that whole line in the whole film, parts of like "play it" and "play it, sam" but never the whole thing...;))

This is absolutely gorgeous. Excellent subject, lovely angle and perfect lighting to create a mood. Bravo!!!

Is this a test? Do I get extra credit for using correct finger posture? Let's see, what's a good title? OK, try this: "Look Ma, no hands..." (Boy, I'm in a weird mood this morning.) LOL And the song? I thought about some classical piano pieces that would suit this fine instrument, but then (like I said -- weird mood) I chose something with more full-tilt-boogie: "Finger Buster" (ragtime) by Jelly Roll Morton
