Description
I've wanted to try and create a terrain that has an "icy" look for some time now but have never liked what I have come up with. After much playing around I seem to like the effect I've reached with this one.

This is a creative use of elements, Deb. Almost a surreal effect to it IMO. There is the distant, very well done, icy terrains, the warm, misted waters with the dolphins and sail boat, and all finished off, with the lush greenery framing the render. Very well done.

It is a beautiful scene! The only thing I can suggest is that you place this image in Photoshop and make some splashes around the dolphins. ;o) I love dolphins. This is a very nice render.

As someone who has spent time ice fishing I can attest that you have recreated cold to a tee! The sky has the perfect winter feel as well. The terrain is top notch and the water and its slight ripple is perfect! Very beautiful and a new fave!
