This is an E ONE HP 100 Aerial platform. All work on the photos was done in Photoshop.

Great. Back in the early-mid '90's a set of trading cards were made showing various fire apparatus. One I liked was a converted WWII halftrack to fight brush fires. I have one in action on my site.
