I am mad!!!!! I have read on this board about peoples art being stolen and it sickens me!!! I am not sure I can even do this but I needed to express my volatile reaction to this. I cannot blame renderosity flickr or any hosting company because I do not fully understand how this is possible...correction there are a lot of sick people out there and we are all being taken for a ride. I feel sorry for everyone including myself who has had art stolen, resold, repackaged and abused. We are just trying to express ourselves to other artist not for money not for glory just to reach out to others who do what we do and say hey! nice job. Hey! I made a connection with someone else like me. It is shameful that we have to endure this!!! Again a heartful sorrow for those who have had their art taken. I am sorry you have to go through this.

Hi, I think this story is as old as the internet itself. All images on Net you can take with a mouse click and save to your computer. And same way people can copy any artwork and take it on own website. I think so everybody can only vote between two ways: To post on Net and show other persons, or to let the images only at home computer. But if nobody see my images, it makes no fun to make them ;-) Sure we have the copyright for our images, but as long we don´t see our images on a popular book, we can´t do much against the abuse. So by sample: What can I do from Germany against a russian Website where you can buy prints? Nothing...!

I can see other people maybe claiming that art work is theirs but I find it hard to see how people could make money from 'art' taken from this website. I would like to find out more.

Great image! But I really don´t care about those guys anymore, I only post the low res versions (not suitable for prints) and why should people go to a newsgroup or imagefab site, when the same stuff is available here at DA or ´rosity? Nevertheless I feel sorry for those people who operate pay sites, cause for them these imagethiefs are a thread for their business.
