Description
This is the closest I have come yet to a 2D paint quality,aiming for the look of a thick oil painting with a palette knife technique.For a simple concept,it took almost 3 hours to render!For this image I placed one of spacebones' branch freebees,rendered in a DazMetal texture, inside a sphere rendered in a bumpy reflective metal and lit it with two radial lights,resulting in what looks like branches above a turbulent river viewed from above looking down.Thanks for viewing and all your previous comments.Enjoy!

I agree with Thandaluz, this is a very interesting effect and is along the lines of your Molten Movement series. Sounds like a lot of hard work went into this and it's certainly paid off, well done Neil, I like it a lot and it's unique style is down to you. Tony :-
