Description

man this was a hard one to do, had to make the mask myself and hack some free textures to get the colours right, then pose it in such a way you can't see all the misaligned texture. Just seeing how the sketch technique works with more traditional characters. Thanks for all the comments on the last 3d render. Good to see some old faces. the comic is still going, have got a panel done by more work yet. Thanks for looking.

Got to say the sketch spidey looks pretty good! Colors and web pattern look dead on.

Neat work, I think you have really captured the feel of our favourite web spinner, looking forward to seeing the next pages of the comic.

A great effort! Looks Marvel Comic cover splash like! I prefer making my own textures from the start. I also have a cool way of mapping complex meshes by stregically slicing and detaching the mesh's polygons, applying the textures to them, fine tuning the UV map (Which is at this point very easy to do) and then welding the mesh back together again. Need to use a good 3D program to do that sort of thing but it works well and is very quick to do.

Incredible work. Man I dont know how I've been missing your work but I'm glad a stumbled across it again. Two things are for sure, I have some great images to catch up on, and I will not be missing anymore.

I'm not sure how you get that sketch style, but I love it. Is it manual, or do you use a filter?
