This is gonna sound strange, but the color of this reminds me of clear plastic packaging after it's been pulled apart to get the product out--if you follow me. You know when you buy something that's enclosed in a stiff, thick, clear plastic, and you have to pry it open or cut it open? Well, the plastic, in many places, looks distressed, and white in color, much like the color in your fractal here. (see, I said it would sound strange!) Interesting effect, that, and it's amazing how much like that this looks, color-wise! Anyway, nicely done! ;D
