Yep! They do that down here in the States, too, Dave. Gotta keep their end-of-month quota stats in good order...or else they will relegated to a desk job and NO donuts. Super imagery with this one.

I could tell right away what this was about. Yes, the cops here in the States do become overwhelming with their better make money for the State quotas. You depicted this fact perfectly! Love the smoggy congested feel. Awesome job!:))))
