Description

Having amended the nebula for variance, tweaked the moons materials, added a second moon, & a MojoTree Mesh Fleet of ships with manaully added 2 key ships, then some postwork.... Im happier with the result. The mesh materials have been tweaked to include a bronzing agent to compliment the specularity as well as a steps material merged with the shapes basic .bmp textures. The nebula I chose to use a Purple / Yellow variation as the 2 colours are complimentary. The nebula I have requested to be added to the Mojo Free stuff for your own use. Keep your eyes open in Mojo Freestuff. The fleet is added my using MJT (Mojotree) as a mesh forest. Ocoganoids Moons I have darkened down the materials to be more solemn. In the meantime anyone wanting to get their hands on the Nebula can do so via http://www.mojoworld.org/galleries/still.php?entry=8ZBWNEW4. Note for Galaxy:- The file is a Galaxy based upon Haks Tute with a few twists. It has 3 Hypermixers allowing for colour shifting & also corona scaling. I can get about 8 differing types of galaxys by colours & shapes from this one file. If you want to test it out, save the file to your starfield folder & load starfield "Haks Revenge" as usual. Render settings are as you pick at AA6 GD6 it’s a bit slower than I'd like but its ok :) FG Structure: It uses 2 variations of Haks tute blended into a Liner Blend based upon Corona size & Nebula size & as the 2 Galaxies are blended the blend values high/low are set via mixers. This gives the colour variations. Finally I added a Corona Multiplier that looks best around 5 to 8 as a value & looks noisy at 1 or 2, dependant on preference.
