hello my friend ;) this is beautifully done...i really like how you have her framed by the cherry trees and having her walk in the water is a great concept and very well done...a lovely scene with all the hopes of a beautiful spring ;)

Very nice render. One small suggestion... unless she's standing very still, the water around her ankles should have some splashes. If you have a drawing program like Photoshop or Paint Shop Pro, you can make them yourself. There's a very good free drawing program called 'the Gimp', also.
