Yes, the water is drawing me in. There's a nice balance of color and a peaceful mood. The lighting is nice. Pure white, especially in a nature scene, yanks the eye to those points, and especially when there is high contrast. There can be such a thing as too white. If you're picky, you might try an off-white on the braids and leggings just so the eye doesn't get stuck in those places. But only if you're picky! I just love the deer and those red flowers-- you've really envisioned an idyllic place-- I want to go there!

That is a very good image. I love the composition. My only suggestion is that your picture might look better if you tried using a different lighting scheme. There are lots of free light sets in the Rendo freebies section, and elsewhere. They really helped some of my pictures. Keep up the good work.

Wonderful, fun scene! I know how you feel about lighting though. I've been experimenting with IBL in Poser and it takes a lot of fussing around with different images. You might have some luck using the same background as your image, for your IBL image, then adjust the intensity.

Beautiful done! For the lighting: You need more shadows and highlights on the figure, and a groundshadow gives a nice touch too! Try to set the shadow to 0,9, set the shadowmap to 1024, for refine the shadows set the shadow blur to a higher amount and lower the shadow min bias! And sometimes a spotlight with shadows is a great help! Normally I hate to do criticism, but you have asked, sorry!

In my reality I do not see a problem with the lighting, I looks to me like the sun is behind the clouds...it is my POV... ;o) This is a wonderful place to medatate.

I agree that the sun can be behind the clouds. I love the character you chose and to add the deer and the owl is a joy to look at...The waterfall makes me want to just lay down and watch the animals as i listen to the falls and drift off to sleep...Great art work Luna...
