It's interesting how the house is painted those two colors, but it's the red that sure jumps out at you!! But, you know what my first thought was? I'd hate to have to mow the lawn!!!

This is a super landscape composition, Mick! The red of the house and the bright green grass are almost perfect complementary colours, and the yellow dead grass and the thorn hedge are also.... the hedge is almost purple. A very eyecatching pic! We haven't got quite the hoolie here we were told to expect.

So many lovely contrasts in this! I love the fresh, spring-green grass against the bare winter trees and hedge. And what a great house! I can see why this caught your eye. Wonderful image!

Excellent composition Mick, and even though the sky is overcast, the shot is full of colour and so fresh looking. The long green field leading up to the red house, the hedgerow and telegraph pole doing just the same, everything leads to the house. Superb! Bravo!!!!!

So is this on your list of possible new digs? :-) How is that coming along? I love the long look of the green leading to the houses in the distance. It leads the eye nicely.
