I know these "belts"..! I see them so often in our labs in the hospital when new lab-ware arrives... They are sort of packaging belts which are manifactured from durable plastic (or alike) substance, and which are sort of 'locked' when tied and the only way to open them practically is to cut them... As for the work, this is surely very photo-graphic, and very beautiful..! [How was my 'describing skill' this time..? :)]
