Description

A quick postwork from one of my last sesssions. This time I've used a beauty dish instead of using of softbox. You can see an harsher shadow. The beauty dish create a harsher light than a softbox. It's between the umbrella and the softbox. I hope you will enjoy the picture. I must confess I don't like too much that kind of light. Shadow is like an enemy for me. The shadow tends to destroy the shapes. But in this case, I think the picture is still quite good. Comments are welcome. Peace. Aegy.

I kind of like the shadow effect you get with one of those things. It's not often used though. At least it wasn't a ringflash :)

Wow.. excellent capture.. U know.. I really didn't notice the shadow thing till I read what you had to say.. It is always nice to look at/exam your photos before I read the captions.. Cuz, I like to see what I see then see what you see and in this one.. what really caught my eye, was the X w/ her crossed legs, while w/ her left hand positioned where it is, the Addition X, from her left hand to the right elbow, and the right hip to the left shoulder.. Thanks.. Oh, Absolutely beautiful body..

Excellent photo...While the shadow may be strong, it is not over-whelming. The tones and colors are right on and they are not washed out either. I will admit I had not heard of a beauty dish until today, it seems to be doing an excellent job in your skilled hands.
