I suspect these are quite small and you have taken a close shot, the colouring is really something, the purple bleeds into the yellow. I see the one further back has burst through that leaf showing the little flowers determination. Well done, great postwork too!

I don't know what flower is, but I don't think is a tulip. This flower is very little, like a snowdrop :)
