You are indeed blessed to have your Mom! I miss mine so very much. You may tell me to go to Hell but be sure she has Alzheimers. At 93 she could be suffering from senile dementia for a number of reasons, from circulation problems to a vitamin B-12 deficiency. Some of those conditions are easily correctable (like giving her a shot of B-12).

Oh my, but she looks so young! She is still very beautiful and I'm glad that she know who you are. Alzheimer's is a terrible disease. I pray for peace for her during this illness.

A super portrait! My mum also had Altzheimers, I think it is the worst possible disease, as you lose the person you knew and loved and yet the body is still there housing, in the end, a complete stranger.
