Hi everyone, this will be my first post on Renderosity..! I've followed the site on and off for a number of years and have always had a latent interest in photography and the power of the image, but it's only since December when I got my first D-SLR that I'd say my interest has developed into a passionate hobby, and I'm a great believer that the only way you improve at anything worth improving at is by patient persistence and learning from those who are better than you. So I guess I feel it's time to get some feedback and critique and given time achieve the ultimate goal of improving! As a student in St Andrews I am fortunate enough to be surrounded by some pretty dramatic and historical scenery - the shot here was taken at the pier one evening last week when the sunset playing on the clouds had me mesmerised well after it had gotten uncomfortably cold.. It's the same location as can be seen here in my friend Rich's shot: Harbour II Hope you like my first post! =)

Check sitemail - but yeah - great shot to kickstart your gallery! :) Surprised you got that at sunset tbh, cant have stayed like that for long considering angles and all that :) Welcome young padawan... much there is to learn. hmmhmhm :P
