Description
This is a WIP in Maya. I'm doing a cartoon themed animation, where I fly into the planet, and see a little scene, then fly out. It's part of a collaborative effort in a class in college. But this is what I have so far, just the planet. I'm still trying to think of a silly theme to have on the planet when i get closer. Something cartoony, but also simple, because this is due in a couple weeks and I don't have much time.
Suggestions or ideas would be highly appreciated!

This is looking really good! Don't know what you mean by a theme, but perhaps a very tiny fishing village by the seaside might work.

Try something with a boat out at see... maybe fish or a dolphin? Or a penguin on ice. Save yourself a LOT of trouble and stay away from cities. Much less modelling :) Maybe a shepard? (cartoon sheep, an old man etc...)
