Description

Found this Great Blue Heron out for a day of fishing. He was concentrating so hard on the catch he didn’t notice me getting close or didn’t care, food was the priority. I lay down by the edge of the water and waited; he turned his head from one side to the other getting very close to the water for a better look, then suddenly down he went. Came back up with the catch of the day, about the size of fish I usually catch, small, but for him it was a meal. Thanks for your views and your comments, Have a great weekend. Royce

This is superb, Royce! I love the way you caught his "arms" out for balance, and the little water droplets suspended in the air. 5 stars for this one, for sure!
