Description

Excerpt from "Nightfeeder", 2nd in the series of the Chronicles of Galen Sword by Judith and Garfield Reeves-Stevens: His name was Orion. The sun was his enemy. And he would survive again. A lance of white fire erupted from the rounded crest of the coastal mountains before him and Orion clenched his fists as he bore the first brunt of the sun's assault. His olive eyes narrowed in the brilliant glare but he did not, would not look away. The sun rose and Orion called out his challenge to it. Thanks for looking.
