Description

When you drown the engine in deep water, get someone younger than yourself to wade in to attach a winch cable from the shore! Note correct positioning of passenger's feet to completely avoid damp Timberland boots.

This is an interesting image! A capture of a very specific moment that is likely very unpleasant for the participants. But yeah...the importance of dry boots is a big issue in life, as shown so wonderfully here! I love this image, mostly for it's POV and sense of action, but also for the humor imparted to an otherwise not so humorous scene. Fantastic work.

Interesting shot. Seen that many times. Happened to me, lost the Jeep. Was totalled, but kept my job!

There is way too much fun in driving in the river for this to be considered an inconvenience, right? On the Indian Reservation, we drove the river and kids were selling necklaces made from pinyon seeds and Navajo fry bread to us as we made our way. Good thing we hired the old drunk Indian guide, though-- it's required by law and we avoided those deep spots. Hehe.
