Description

It's been 2 or 3 years since we were around this area - although I'm not a train buff, I often used to wait on bridges for a train to pass underneath and snap with my camera. There's something beautifully nostalgic about steam trains.... I've seen a few Vue renders recently so I thought I'd have a shot at it even though it's not my 'usual' style. This is really good, I did think it was a photo at first! I love steam trains, reminds me of my childhood, I loved the sounds they used to make. This is a great scene, really well done :)

I really like this, Gill. Brings back memories of trains in the night, used to love that sound. The black/white is really fitting for this as well. Excellent image!

It looks fantastic Gill!!! It is a shame that you see so less of this wonderful trains in real anymore!!! Okay we got faster and this new trains are much cleaner, but where is the Romantic???? I still would love to hear this sch-sch-sch-sch-sch- and woohoooooo!!! That is atmosphere!!! Hugs Ute
