Description

See, didn't forget either Janet! :D This is Janet's Alex for V4.2Male. Looks a bit better in the final version that the other did last night. haha. I'm not quite sure I got him scaled right compared to the steps, and though the lighting is from about the right direction to match the photo, the shadow doesn't look like it came out right and I couldn't for the life of me figure out why not. He looks awesome though Janet, and fits in the Shadow Dancer pants if you hide most of his legs. lol. Have a great week everybody. John Credits ========== Alex - Unicornst BG - Rainbowgirl (Italianita BG's) Shadow Dancer - DAZ Lighting - hmann's Light Magic (tweaked slightly)

This one looks great! I bought Xavier by Morris on sale at Daz and like him. Takes V3 and V4 poses, too.

Hey not bad! Great looking character. I think maybe the scaling is okay, but the problem with the shadow might be it seems to lie behind him than underneath his bottom and foot.

Excellent attempt on the shadows John, great backgound!!!! If I might make a suggestion. Use a piece of card or paper with a straight edge and place it across the background from the back of the top step to its furthest point of shadow it makes on the ground. That be a useful guide to the angle of the shadow which should help with drawing the length of the figures shadow on the ground. That would also guide you as to the length of shadow for the legs and the feet. Great idea, keep it up!!!

This looks good, but I agree that the shadow doesn't quite work - there needs to be more shadow underneath him and from his legs. Also I think he is scaled too big - if you look at the door, it is about the same size as the sitting figure, so he'd struggle to get through once he stood up! Of course he could be a giant - he has the looks for it!
