the double exposure doesn't seem to do much here and the face lighting (not your doing) is awful. as a suggestion, try selecting her face, copying to another layer and using levels or curves to bump up the light on the face.

Gorgeous costume. I like the faded lady behind her but maybe she ought to be faded a bit more to make her more of a suggestion so the dancer in front takes more of the spotlight. I am not bothered by the lighting as this is stage lighting and a bit different from a portrait situation, although timtripp might have a good idea. I'd have to see it for comparison.
