Description
I wanted to give this image an old fashioned look, why? because Carina is just that to me. Also she is my little star because of her unconditional love toward me especially on my poorly or sad days. But then is happy to be by my side too on those happy days.
I hope my little star brings a little joyous starlight into your life today my friends.

I know that feeling. When I was so very sick and recovering from surgery, unable to leave the bed for weeks, my Gilda never left my side. She would check to see if I was breathing at times, nudge me out of my medicated stupor at others to be sure I sat up to eat and tried so hard to snuggle and keep me warm when I slept. I can see the same love and devotion in this face. What a character she is as well! Playful and compassionate... the perfect companion. A very excellent capture and portrait.

Oh yes she does, she does indeed. Saturday I had such little doggie in my arms and he was the most adorable little cutie. :))) My nephew just bought him a month ago :)

Also I also meant to say the old fashioned look of the image is because Carina reminds me of the old paintings of around the 12th/13th century of her breed 'the Bolognese'. hugs Jane xx
