Description
A group of expeditionary military scouts begin their investigation of a favorable planet upon which to settle. Upon landing they are confused slightly by the absence of other humanoid life forms and the length of decay and destruction of the planets' cities. All across the world, they lay in ruin like this one. No one comes out to greet them, and after all their surface recons and orbital scans, they don't seem to see any other living humans there. Now they are starting to wonder about the "why?". Why is it abandoned...when all of a sudden, the scout commander hears a loud roar, and catches something off in the distance, something huge......something.....moving his way....

Hmm...in response to Khushrenada...I believe that they found out why there aren't other people there, but the sad part is, the couldn't radio/transmit the reason before they died, so the original colony will send more...to be eaten...until someone gets the reasons through...LOL!
