'And the soldier asked, "Was this well done of your Lady?" 'And the servant answered, "Extremely well, befitting the last of so many noble rulers."' What an exit!

She looks a little too happy about it to me, but all in all, a wonderful pair of pictures, the textures look terrific and really "pop" off the page (screen!). Wonderful!

I love the images their absolutely stunning. Beautiful pseudo-historical images. My only qualm is if your going for any sort of historical accuracy. The headdress is all wrong for Cleo. She claimed to be the daughter of Isis and so she would have worn the more traditional headdress befitting a daughter of Isis. It would have been a winged falcon headdress and/or a sun disk. In addition the bead and sequin attire is historically inaccurate. Although the egyptians had mastered the faience technique but the type in this dress were not around yet. I could see it pass for a type of assyiut fabric in which metal is hammered into thin strips and woven into the fabric but even this technique was not really around during that period. On a lesser note Cleopatra was historically described as being rather short and stout. She was not considered to be as beautiful as we all like to think she was. She was in fact descriped as being rather plain or average looking.
