Description

I got some cookinmg oil with red peppers in it. and I was going to cook hamburges. As I was poring the oil into my blaqck cast iron pot two of the red peppers failed out of the bottle. I saw it and got my camera and here it is . I cooked the burgers with the peppers still in the pot. It was like a street dance in my mouth. I would say fais-do-do which is a street party dance here but the traislator do not tranlate this. I know what fais-do-do is here so that why I put it in English too. Now this is the cajun french so it be diff that french in France. thanks for putting up with my writeing even if i go and chase rabbits at times. i know to a person who learn the right English may have a time understanding some of the street words I use. . thanks for looking and comments I know this is easy and no comply image. That how art is at times.

I think your Cajun heritage is awesome, Jock. And I have no problems understanding your words. These hot peppers, however, are another matter...lol You may enjoy them, yourself. No way is my mouth or insides going to get on fire. I did just finish off 3 hamburgers, tho. Great capture here and enjoy them.

You have a very good eye for artistic things Jocko, there aren't many people that would reach for the camera, whilst cooking hamburgers. Now this would look great stuck on a gallery wall, or how about an albumn cover for 'The Red Hot Chillie Peppers'? Could be a few dollars in that, do you think? Top notch stuff my friend. Bravo!!!!!
