Well I told you I was addicted to macro work. My daughter found this guy crawling across the couch today and what did I do? Squish it? Heck no I caught it to photograph later.
How I got this shot:
1. 100mm macro lens
2. tripod
3. remote shutter release and mirror lock up (a must)
4. 1 Chilled out spider (10 min in the freezer slowed this guy down) *Dont worrie no spiders were harmed during the shooting of this photo he was up and running after about 15 shots.
Many thanks for looking. Oh this guy was no bigger than a dime either.

This one looks BEAUTIFUL seen in such a big size and so clear. He seems to be shy but very handsome, those eyes the big ones are sooo pretty. One could forget to be scared. Wonderful shot of a beautiful lil guy.

Oh my gosh, this is fantastic work. I wouldn't have squished it either. Actually, I would have my husband get it. Spiders and cockroaches are not my bag. Gecko's and snakes are more like it for me. Great job on this little guy/gal. Happy Easter. Aloha
